Another year older, another year wiser — and this year, Kishu has a wish that goes beyond cake and presents.

If you were thinking of grabbing him a gift, he would be so much happier if you donated to WE CARE instead — a nonprofit working to educate child brides in Rajasthan and protect girls from preventable disease through free HPV vaccinations.

Every dollar gives a girl a future she deserves.
The Cause

Why WE CARE

WE CARE stands for Women Empowerment through Collaboration, Awareness, and Resources for Education — a nonprofit dedicated to expanding access to education and health for women and girls around the world.

This year, your gift to WE CARE goes directly to two powerful programs in rural Rajasthan, India: one that educates child brides who would otherwise never set foot in a classroom, and one that delivers free HPV vaccinations to protect girls from cervical cancer before it can take root.

Veerni Project

Educates child brides, orphans, and girls otherwise denied schooling in rural Rajasthan — providing boarding, meals, healthcare, and a path to higher education through the College Initiative.

💉

HPV Vaccine Program

Bringing the free HPV vaccine — available in the U.S. but often out of reach in India — to girls in Rajasthan, protecting them from the leading cause of cervical cancer before it strikes.

Your Impact

Where does your donation go?

HPV Vaccine Program

Rajasthan's first free HPV vaccination initiative for girls who would otherwise have no access. The same vaccine given free in the U.S. — now reaching girls in rural India.

$100 = vaccinations for one girl

Veerni Education & Child Bride Rescue

Full residential schooling for a child bride — boarding, food, health, education, everything — giving her the childhood and future she was nearly denied.

$2,800 = one full year for one child
Why HPV?

A vaccine that saves lives

The HPV vaccine is already free in the U.S. — but not everywhere.

Human papillomavirus (HPV) is the leading cause of cervical cancer, a disease that kills over 340,000 women worldwide every year. India bears one of the heaviest burdens: cervical cancer is the second most common cancer among Indian women, and it disproportionately strikes those in poor, rural communities like Rajasthan.

The good news: the HPV vaccine is nearly 100% effective when given before exposure. In the United States, it is provided free of charge to children and teenagers through federal programs. But in rural Rajasthan, where girls are often married off before they even finish school, this vaccine is completely out of reach.

WE CARE is changing that — running Rajasthan's first free HPV vaccination program specifically for the girls they serve through the Veerni Project. Your donation makes this possible.

$100 covers HPV vaccinations for one girl. For someone who might otherwise never receive this protection, your gift is genuinely life-changing.
